The ultimate coveted accolade for UK and Irish butchers – is now open for 2019
If you are an overall winner* of a regional sausage competition, held between 1 September 2018 and 1 September 2019, you are eligible to enter this year’s Champion of Champions competition.
This competition recognises and rewards the very best sausage makers. If you’ve won a competition in your region, pit it against others to determine the very best at this year’s Champion of Champions.
The competition is judged by an independent panel of experts from the industry, who will decide which sausage has the best taste, texture, filling size and appearance to be crowned the overall winner of Champion of Champions 2019.
Organised by Meat Trades Journal, the judging takes place and the winner is revealed on 4th November at Hilton Bankside, London.
