Who can enter this competition?

If you are an overall winner* of a regional sausage competition, held between 1 September 2017 and 1 September 2018, you are eligible to enter this year’s Champion of Champions competition.

(*If there is no overall winner in your competition then, the highest relevant category win is eligible to enter, i.e. Best Sausage).

The competition is judged by an independent panel of experts from the industry, who will decide which sausage has the best taste, texture, filling size and appearance to be crowned the overall winner of Champion of Champions 2018.

Organised by Meat Trades Journal, the judging takes place and the winner is revealed on 5th November 2018 at etc.venues County Hall, Westminster.
